A nicely figured small Victorian mahogany chiffonier sideboard. Having cushion frieze drawer above two cupboard doors enclosing a single shelf, flanked by tapering columns with acanthus carved capitals, all standing on plinth base. In a beautifully figured mahogany, a good size for a hall, it would have originally had a gallery or mirror back.

General wear and marks commensurate with age. There is no lock to the cupboard door. The cupboard door is slightly warped so stands proud at the bottom slightly. Some old veneer repairs to the plinth base. Beautifully figured mahogany. Would have originally had a gallery or mirror back.
